Site Development & Industrial Workshop/Office construction

 A Major Commercial Project Coordinated and Managed by the LC Building Team, constructing an industrial workshop and office space. The LC team have worked through a comprehensive planning and designing phase engaging a range of third parties to ensure all aspect of the build will be delivered as planned. 

Our highly skilled team at LC will coordinate the construction from the initial startup right through to the interior designing, construction and final handover to the client.

We have teamed up with Titan Civil Group, based in Orange NSW, who are completing all Civil Works for the subdivision with a plan for 5 lots. Working together to achieve high level accuracy in the measurements and data are critical for a successful project outcome. Our Streamline processes contribute to efficient project management and timely completion. Monitoring all aspects of the job ensuring regulations, standards and site plans are on track.

Australian Fabrications AFCO along with Concrete World delivering the steel and pad footings for construction. 

  Assisted by Blayney Cranes. 

 Excavation works of all footings completed by Titan Civil Group. 

Keech Construction set the cages in place ready for pouring. The combination of the steel cages encased in concrete creates the foundation needed to construct the steel structure.

The concrete was completed in 3 separate pours for each section.
