69 Sweetheart Drive

At 69 Sweetheart Drive, LC Building delivered a contemporary home defined by strong architectural form, thoughtful detailing and a high standard of construction throughout.

The home’s distinctive raked ceilings, expansive internal spaces and strategically positioned skylights required careful planning and coordination throughout the build. Each architectural element was considered as part of the overall construction, ensuring materials, finishes and key junctions came together seamlessly.

A strong connection between the home’s internal and external spaces contributes to the overall sense of openness, while the considered use of form, natural light and carefully executed detailing gives each area its own character.

From the larger structural elements through to the finer finishing details, the project reflects LC Building’s commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail and delivering architecturally considered homes that are both functional and beautifully resolved.

The completed home at 69 Sweetheart Drive is a reflection of considered construction and craftsmanship, with every element working together to create a cohesive, contemporary and enduring result.
